of our appraisers are State licensed or certified, most are FHA approved,
and we are approved with all major lenders. The principals, Steve Gentzkow,
MAI, SRA and Mark Hepner, SRA, have over 60 years combined experience
in the appraisal industry, and are members of the Appraisal Institute.
While our experience provides us with a solid foundation on which to operate,
we are dedicated to keeping our staff up to date on home appraisal methods.
