Portland Residential Appraisals is an established residential valuation firm serving Oregon and Southwest Washington.
For nearly four decades, Portland Residential Appraisals, Inc. has provided residential valuation and consulting services. Our experience includes single-family residences, condominiums, two-to-four-unit properties, vacant land, rural and acreage properties, new construction, historic homes, high-value residences, and other complex or atypical residential properties.
Our work serves a broad range of intended uses, including estate and tax matters, divorce, litigation, wildfire damages, property-tax matters, private financial decisions, relocation, appraisal review, and lending.
