Greg Lamunyan has been an Oregonian since 1991. After serving honorably in the United States Marine Corps, he earned a bachelor’s degree in Geography from Portland State University. He is a State Certified Residential Appraiser in Oregon and Washington. His professional credentials include the SRA and AI-RRS designations from the Appraisal Institute, Accredited Green Appraiser (AGA) status, and Worldwide ERC Appraisal Training certification.

Greg provides residential valuation, litigation-support, appraisal-review, consulting, and expert-witness services to attorneys, accountants, fiduciaries, property owners, and other professional clients. His practice places particular emphasis on complex litigation, divorce, IRS and tax-related matters, and assignments where the appraisal may be subject to heightened review or challenge. He has testified as an expert witness more than 30 times in federal, state, and tax courts. He has completed the Appraisal Institute’s Professional Development Program for Litigation, along with additional coursework focused on complex litigation assignments.

His valuation experience includes estate tax filings, generation-skipping gift tax, noncash charitable contributions, estate disputes, divorce proceedings, bankruptcy, misrepresentation claims, title disputes, tax appeals, construction defects, easement valuations, and property valuations related to wildfire damages and casualty loss. His appraisal experience includes residential land, single-family homes, two-to-four-unit properties, and other complex residential real estate.

When not working, Greg enjoys spending time with his family, golfing, exploring the outdoors, and traveling.

MacKenzie “Kenzie” Robertson is a lifelong Oregon resident who was born and raised in Portland. She earned a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Oregon in 2014 and began her career in residential real estate appraisal shortly thereafter. She is a State Certified Residential Appraiser in Oregon and Washington and holds the SRA designation from the Appraisal Institute. She has also completed the Appraisal Institute’s Professional Development Program for Valuation of Sustainable Buildings.

Kenzie provides residential valuation, litigation-support, and consulting services to attorneys, accountants, fiduciaries, property owners, lenders, and other professional clients. Her practice includes complex residential properties and assignments involving litigation, divorce, estate and tax-related matters, property damage, and other valuation issues requiring detailed analysis.

Her valuation experience includes estate tax filings, generation-skipping gift tax, noncash charitable contributions, divorce proceedings, bankruptcy, construction defects, mediation, and property valuations related to wildfire damage and casualty loss. Her appraisal experience includes single-family homes, two-to-four-unit properties, high-value and estate properties, rural and acreage properties, manufactured homes, green-certified homes, residential land, and properties with subdivision or development potential.

Kenzie has completed extensive continuing education through the Appraisal Institute, including coursework focused on litigation appraising, expert witness preparation and testimony, appraisal review, manufactured housing, sustainable and energy-efficient properties, and complex residential valuation.

When not working, Kenzie enjoys spending time with her family, running, backpacking, volleyball, reading, and traveling.

Mark joined the firm in October 2010 to lead its Southwest Washington practice. He began appraising in 1987, primarily in commercial valuation, and was formerly with PGP Valuations, now Colliers, from 1990 to 2010. In recent years, his practice has focused primarily on residential properties in Pacific, Wahkiakum, Cowlitz, Clark, and Skamania counties in Washington.

Mark is a Washington State Certified General Appraiser. He attended Portland State University on a football scholarship and graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree.

When not appraising, Mark enjoys spending time with his family, fishing, four-wheeling, and sports.

Taylor has spent most of his life in the Portland area and has also lived in Washington and California. He graduated from Western Washington University in 2020 and began his appraisal career shortly afterward. Taylor became an Oregon State Certified Residential Appraiser in 2023 after training under Mark Hepner and MacKenzie Robertson.

His experience includes conventional residential properties, high-rise condominiums, rural acreage properties, vacant land, and complex two-to-four-unit assignments. Taylor has also completed valuations for estate tax, divorce, sale decisions, and private-party litigation matters.

When not working, Taylor enjoys attending sporting events, traveling, playing golf, and spending time with friends and family.

Trevan is a lifelong Oregonian who grew up and currently resides in the Portland metropolitan area. He has been in the appraisal profession since 2015 and became a Certified Residential Appraiser in Oregon in 2024. Originally a trainee under his father, a 30-year Certified appraiser, Trevan has developed experience across a range of residential appraisal assignments.

He provides fee-based valuation services to private parties, brokerages, accountants, appraisal management companies, and lenders. His experience includes complex and high-value residential properties, rural properties, and other residential assignments.

Chris Cochrane is a Registered Appraiser Assistant with Portland Residential Appraisals, Inc. He entered the appraisal profession in 2021 after making a career change and gaining experience with a national mortgage company. He is currently working toward becoming a Certified Residential Appraiser in Oregon.

Chris was born and raised in the Midwest and previously lived in Southern Ohio and Northern Kentucky. He earned a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from the University of Cincinnati in 2009 and moved to Oregon with his wife in 2013. He now lives in Canby with his wife and their two children.

Outside of work, Chris enjoys movies and sports, strength training, spending time outdoors throughout the Pacific Northwest, and being with his family.

Cheryl Dollar is the Office Manager at Portland Residential Appraisals, Inc., where she supports client communication, assignment coordination, scheduling, and the administrative operations of the firm.

Cheryl began her career in mortgage lending in 1995 as a loan processor and was promoted to Operations Manager in 1997, overseeing six Oregon locations. In 2006, she transitioned to the residential appraisal profession and spent the next 15 years supporting a real estate appraiser. She joined Portland Residential Appraisals in 2023, bringing extensive experience with appraisal workflows, client service, and the administrative demands of residential valuation assignments.

A lifelong Oregon resident, Cheryl grew up in Newberg, where she raised her family and continues to reside. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, volunteering, and being outdoors.

Ben Matheny is the Appraisal Production Coordinator at Portland Residential Appraisals, Inc., where he supports the firm’s Principals and helps coordinate residential appraisal assignments from initial engagement through report completion and delivery. His responsibilities include assignment setup, scheduling, client communication, property and market research, document coordination, report production, and other administrative support associated with the appraisal process.

Ben earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Art from Lyon College, where he received a broad liberal arts education. Before joining Portland Residential Appraisals, he held several professional-services roles, including several years supporting a Portland-based business valuation firm and experience in legal presentation consulting. That background provides him with familiarity with valuation-related workflows, professional client service, and matters involving legal and financial professionals.

Ben chose to make Oregon his home and enjoys the natural environment and creative community of the Pacific Northwest. Outside of work, he enjoys making art, spending time outdoors, and visiting the Oregon Coast.
